Thank you for posting in the Community! If you are having trouble logging into the parent portal for the mobile app, or the parent portal for Unified Classroom, you may want to have your login credentials reset. Any parent credentials are created and managed by the school district, and PowerSchool does not have access to parent login information. The best course of action in this case would be to contact your child's school and log a case with the IT department, and they should be able to help get you logged back in. Hope this helps!
