Our company is having difficulty opening an Applicant Profile on TalentEd. Once we click on the PROFILE button, it can take 15 to 20 minutes for the Profile to open. I have a workaround to use the HTML button which works right away to open the document, but it will only show the original application. The actual PROFILE will show anything that has been updated. Please let me know if this is being worked on! Thank you.

We apologize that you are having issues with the software. The HTML work-around is the best choice at this point--until the issue is resolved. You might consider reaching out to the Support team to see if there are any additional work-arounds you should consider.
Our development team has isolated the issue, and the team is actively working on a fix. Unfortunately, I do not know when the fix will be released. We realize that the busy season is almost upon us, so I know that it is "all hands on deck," regarding finding a solution to this issue.
