I am trying to help a parent enroll their child online. Their username & password have been entered correctly and have been linked to their child. However, when they go to Registration, their child is not there to register. I'm not sure what to do...

Thank you for your post. To clarify, have you submitted a Support case for this issue? If not, that may be the best route. Since each district setup for Registration varies, it may be best to have someone look at your specific instance in this case. One of our Support reps will be happy to set up a screensharing session with you to better troubleshoot that issue as needed.
Check on the Relationship under the Parent tab for the student. I've seen this where the relationship isn't saved and the parent cannot find the child.
