When I log into the Community, I can see on the Notifications Icon bell that I have messages. When I click on the bell to view them, I receive this error message:
Thank you for reaching out in the PowerSchool Community! There are no current known issues on this behavior. Therefore, if you haven't done son already, we recommend that you clear your cache on your internet browser.
We also suggest that you sign out, close/restart your browser, and sign in again to see if you are able to view the notifications. If the issue continues to persist after performing the troubleshooting steps,please let us know. We will be happy to take a closer look!
