Not receiving First Time User Password Combination

I am trying to set up my Unified Talent account via the 'Logging in for the first time' link and I am not receiving any password email. I have added to my contacts and checked my spam. 

Can someone help?

Some of the common reasons why you may not receive the password emails are listed below:


  1. It is in the spam folder.  
  2. The email you are entering doesn't match the email on your account.
  3. You might be looking at the wrong email account.
  4. You might not have an account in the system.
  5. You might be attempting to login to a different district.
  6. It is not applicable if you are using Active Directory or LDAP.
