I need to fill out a couple of forms as a new hire. Every time I click "logging in for the first time", this screen shows. I have tried both of my emails; one returns an error message, and one says it sent an email but I never received it. I have checked my spam, my trash, everything; it just never came through. It's impossible for me to get in contact with support because it always says I don't have access to that resource. I even registered through PowerSchool itself, but it wouldn't let me login to Unified Talent. Please help, it's ridiculous how difficult it is to fix this simple issue.
You will need to enter the email address that you used while creating your account. To troubleshoot further, would you provide the screenshot of the error message that you are receiving while you entered your first email address?
