No access to the resource to submit a ticket

Hello,

When I go to https://help.powerschool.com/t5/Records/ct-p/Records it says Hmm, it looks like you don't have access to this resource. I'm an active user of People Admin Onboard at Salt Lake Community College. Please, let me know how I can get access to that.

Thank you,

Irina

Mine did the same thing yesterday.  I was told someone removed my name as the tech contact for my university.  I still don't have access to submit a ticket so I hope they are working on it.

I have the same message. I'm not sure how to get an answer.

Hi @skwerk,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Some PowerSchool Community resources are accessible by different roles in a school district such as the role of a Designated Support Contact and members with a PowerSource account.

You can learn more about it in our article linked here

Hi @MichelleJ5,

I have reached out to you via a Private Message to further discuss your access issue.

You can view your private messages inside the PowerSchool Community by selecting the envelope in the top right corner of any page in the Community to the right of your avatar. When a new message appears, you should see the number one with a dark red circle on the envelope.
