When I go to https://help.powerschool.com/t5/Records/ct-p/Records it says Hmm, it looks like you don't have access to this resource. I'm an active user of People Admin Onboard at Salt Lake Community College. Please, let me know how I can get access to that.
Mine did the same thing yesterday. I was told someone removed my name as the tech contact for my university. I still don't have access to submit a ticket so I hope they are working on it.

Some PowerSchool Community resources are accessible by different roles in a school district such as the role of a Designated Support Contact and members with a PowerSource account.
