No Access to Support for Powerschool SIS



I'm the executive director of a small school that recently switched to Powerschool SIS. I have access to any help features to ask questions. How do I get this set up?

If you have updated or created an account recently, it takes up to 24 hours to sync the roles and for your access to be updated.
