I do not have access to the PowerSchool SIS Case Portal ?

Only Technical Contacts in your district will have access to the Case Portal. If you are not the Technical Contact for your district, you should contact that person to get them to assist you. If you are the Technical Contact, reply to this and one of the Community Moderators should get in touch with you to assist you.

As @BarbaraD2 said, Currently, only the Designated Support Contacts(Technical Contacts) have access to the Case Portal resources in the community. I recommend reviewing this article
for the common reasons that you may receive a message that you do not have access to a resource and the process to request the access.
