I am new to the "PowerSchool Community" portal but I am also the technical contact for my district and I am not able to access some areas of the portal as well. I need to speak to someone about our integration between Infinite Visions and PowerSchool. We have lost our sync between the two and I need the Web Applicant Interface Information to link the two systems up again. How do you contact support if support is restricted?

You can view your private messages inside the PowerSchool Community by selecting the envelope in the top right corner of any page in the Community to the right of your avatar. When a new message appears, you should see the number one with a dark red circle on the envelope.
