NC has contracted with you to provide support for PS starting today. I am in need of some get support for PowerTeacher Pro setup in PS. I clicked on Contact Support and then chose PS SIS and got an error message stating that I do not have access to the portal. I also tried PowerTeacher Pro Portal and got the same type of message. What do I need to do to get access? Is there a number to call?

We are glad to see that you have created a PowerSchool Community account. I see you mentioned creating a Community account yesterday. When a PowerSchool Community account is created, we ask that you allow up to four hours to sync any roles you may have assign to your PowerSchool account such as a Designated Support Contact role within your district to the PowerSchool Community.
