Good Morning,
We have 2 Position Control records that reflect negative 'Occupied FTE' counts. We have attempted updating all pay rate screens related to the position control number, but that has not resolved the issue.
What within the pay rate screen would cause this issue? And, how do we find the appropriate pay rate screens to update them?

If the filled FTE is wrong then it needs to be fixed in SQL or from a fixit program. We recommend that you report this to the Technical Contacts of your district who should be able to work with the support team through a case and find a fix.
