I am my district's PS Admin and have an issue I can't seem to resolve. I have search for hours in the Community and cannot find a solution. I have called and not gotten a return call.
I cannot access the live Chat. I will need someone to give me access.

We see that your account was updated recently to have access to create chat/cases. When a new account is created or updated it takes 24 hours for your roles to sync. If you are still having an issue while accessing contact support please feel free to reach out to us.
