We have a unique situation this year where students may be enrolled into courses at two different schools and/or enrolled in classes remotely. Parents are unable to see and receive notifications from classes at both schools. On the App. Is this something we can change in settings?
Are these schools in the same district?
Parents will not receive notifications on the app if the frequency of the email settings is set to "Never". Admin should be able to search for the contact and under the student subheading, admin should be able to click on the pencil sign and select the Data Access tab. Once the settings are changed, this should trigger the notifications.
