Missing Product from Case Portal

Missing Product from Case Portal

I have some users who came from Zendesk from PerformanceMatters who can no longer add cases to the PS Community. I've tried to open a ticket to get it resolved but it doesn't seem like there is any movement on it. How do we go about getting users access to Case Portal so they can add their own tickets?
