I am trying to help a new teacher who is using a Chromebox as her desktop. when she logs into powerschool the icons for "applications, warning, report queue, print and logout" are not visible. If I hover over the area a round white circle appears, but otherwise nothing. If she logs on with her chromebook, the icons are visible.
We did a clear cashe, reboot and so forth, still nothing. Any suggestions? Our Tech dDept is down a few and overloaded, so I was just looking to see if I can help.

Make sure your Chrome version is up to date if clearing cache or restoring to default don't work.
Chromebook is up to date, all history is cleared.
the issue is not with the chrome browser as it works fine in windows.
The issue is only on a Chromebook.

this is definitely only a Chromebook issue.
we can use the chrome browser on a Windows PC and there is no issue.
we verified that the Chromebooks are up to date, we have tested it on several different manufactures of Chromebooks.
