I am currently the PowerSchools/TalentEd Manager for Escambia County School District. For some reason, I have lost the capabilities of putting in and managing our tickets. I am a Super User and still have full access. At this time, I have tickets that need to be placed in order to supply the timely management of our employee's issues with their Evaluations. The last time I was told to add myself, but that created major issues.
Can I please get assistance with having my rights restored?
