As the admin, I often log in on behalf of my teachers to help them with courses. I used to be able to do this very easy using app.schoology.com and logging in as the teacher, but now it is requiring me to reset all teacher passwords before I can log in -- how do I continue to do this to support my teachers without resetting all accounts?
Solved! Go to Solution.
I cannot speak to anything Schoology (and from a tech support standpoint, you shouldn't be logging into other users' accounts), but if your teachers need help with PowerTeacher Pro, you (or your PS Admin) can create a security role that allows you read-only access to PT Pro for all your teachers. You would have access to all of PT Pro just like a teacher, but you will not be able to make changes of any kind. My team uses this model to assist teachers in over 70 districts.

Thanks. I should specify that I only do this when teachers leave the district, or are out of leave and we need to transfer content to the long-term individual.
If you need edit access to PT Pro, you can add yourself as a Co-Teacher to the section in question.
