Job Type Location showing as TBA

Begin Hire in Applicant Tracking creates a file in Records. Search in Records for the new hire shows their location on the Staff page as noted on the Begin Hire. When selecting 'edit' on the new hire and 'Job Type', the location is listed as TBA and not the specific location as noted on the Staff page in records.  

Our district is in the process of integrating our Applicant Tracking, Records and BusinessPlus. I am trying to help identify any possible issues that might occur with this project. Any feedback is appreciated. 

 

(Note: The positions are what we deem 'evergreens'. They are for positions that the assignment can be at any of our 50+ schools. The postings are TBA but the Begin Hire is specific to the assigned location.)
