I'm trying to access to Case Portal, but it will not allow me to. I need to submit an excel sheet to get rid of duplicate students, so I need to create a new case.

If you are a Designated Support Contact in your school or district and you are unable to access the Case Portal, I recommend reviewing the tips listed in this article under the section Designated Support Contacts (Technical Contacts) to ensure your PowerSchool Community account has been set up to allow the correct access.
