We are trying to set up Incident Reporting under Incident Management. We've set up all of the codes we will need including Incident Types. While our other codes work through the drop down, our Incident Type codes are not appearing.
Thank you for posting in the Community. Please confirm if you have made these Incident types codes accessible in the Group settings by checking the checkbox available in front of them. You can edit the Group settings under Security in System Administrator and then select the checkboxes for your preferred Incident type codes under Accessible Incident types.
