I need to be able to access Chat Support.

I have been told to create a community account, but I already have one.  Please provide me the step needed to access Chat Support.

Thank you for reaching out in the PowerSchool Community! Once your account is created it can take up to 24 hours for you to access Community Resources. If it has been past 24 hours that your account has been created, and you still cannot access Chat support, please let us know. 

 

If you have an immediate need, please let us know the issue and which PowerSchool product(s) are you using that is experiencing the issue.  This way we can reach out to the appropriate teams on your behalf until you get full access to the Community.

I have the same problem. I already have an account that is supposed to have access to chat support, yet, when I try to access it, I get the message "Hmm, it looks like you don't have access to this resource." I already had the account, so there shouldn't be the delay of 24 hours to update since, I'm assuming, there isn't anything to update. I have an urgent issue to clear up, but I can't talk to anyone to clear it up.

I am an ex employee trying to re apply. I can not log on I have created a new account but it says I already have one but can't retrieve it. Please advise.
