I need access to Chat and the Case Portal

I am the new technology director for the district and everything I do in support tells me to post in the community.  I need access to live chat and the case portal please.

Some areas in the Community are accessible based on the roles assigned within the district.  I recommend reviewing this article for the common reasons that you may receive a message that you do not have access to a resource and the process to request the access.
