I have been a technical contact for our district for years. I have the ability to add and modify users in PowerSource. However, I keep getting "Hmmm... You are a peon." (paraphrased) errors when I try to get chat support or add/remove users. When I try to open a case, no account drops down in the list. It's very frustrating!
20 minutes on hold for phone support... and counting.
Edit: All cleared up after waiting on hold, and tech emailing the director of the department. Not sure how my access got revoked (i've been a tech contact since 2005) but it did.
