I am so frustrated with the instructions about the reference letters submission section. There are no referee request links for three referees, and it is unclear on the application webpage what to do.
Is the letter should be uploaded by me (which is not supposed to, as referees won't supply 3 letters to me by email). But the webpage left so many options, upload letters/ use old letters, copy etc. Those instructions should be created for the referees.
The webpage needs to be reviewed and reset this section.
And there is no clear information on the job advertisement to whom the applicant should contact, no Search Chair's contact or email address of the help desk.
These are the issues that should be considered for the instructions page.

Let me know how can I request my referees through the application page(if there is any link, where it is?).
And also let me know how they will upload the letters. For my other job applications (other institutions) I requested through referee link request and it popped up in my email that request has been sent. And when they submitted letters I was informed automatically one after another that my referees submitted letters.
Hope my letter and information will help to look at these issues to improve the NLU job application webpage.
