I am using PeopleAdmin to apply for faculty jobs. I can check the status of the reference letters, but I don't find a way to send reminders or re-send requests for letters. Is there a way to do this?

I understand you would like to send reference reminders or requests for reference letters. I recommend reaching out to the institution's HR department to request assistance resending reference letters or reminders. Some institutions allow applicants to resend reference letters. If the institution does not have this feature enabled, the Administrator can resend the reference letter on your behalf.
