We have some classes that are split amongst a period and some classes that are full length in the same period (example p. 4a, p. 4b, p4). In period ID they each have their own line so right now in Powerscheduler when manually scheduling students things are unaligned. If I want to give a student a 4b class I have to select period 7 from the enroll drop down. Is there a way to include alternate periods and still be able to choose from the most "intuitive" classes when manually scheduling? I can print out a cheat sheet, but I worry about human error when manually scheduling SPED students if I have to remember that the drop down for period 7 doesn't actually show period 7 classes.
