How do I add an absence reason to an employee?

I had to add an absence bank to an employee.  How do I add it to him so he can use it as a reason code when entering an absence?  He can choose the reason but then we get this error message. I just can't figure out where to go so he can use this. All his banks are set up for it.

Thank you for reaching out for assistance on the PowerSchool Community and sharing your concerns. 

 

"The employee is not entitled to be absent for this reason" message is a different message from when an employer's storage bank is depleted.
