Hello! I am the powerschool coordinator for my LEA and every time I try to access the following two links associated with powerschool enrollment, which my school uses I get the error message I don't have access. Can you please help with this issue and grant me access?
I'm having the same issue.
Same here - I get the same message. (I actually get this message quite a bit in the topics I need help with.)
I am the Powerschool coordinator in my school, also.
Very frustrating!
Same issue here. Has anyone tried calling? I am scared the wait time is crazy!!
Hi @bdmoss, @jvari, @sbell, @Fiona_P_LCS
Thank you for reaching out for assistance through PowerSchool Community!
Good Morning,
I am a new user and just verified my account. I'm trying to click on 'State Specific Digest' under subscriptions and I'm getting the message in the subject line. I'm also getting when I try to look at cases.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
Becky
Hi @rdomingu
One of our community members had a similar issue and the resolution was provided in the thread. I recommend reviewing the thread
I am the Powerschool coordinator in my school so to be able to access these articles is the reason I joined the PS Community. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi! @sbuzzell
Thank you for reaching out to the PowerSchool Community for assistance!
I'll be happy to look into your access level. To assist you further, would you please provide the link to the resources that you are trying to access in the PowerSchool Community?
Here's the link I was trying to access: https://support.powerschool.com/article/55909?from=search
Hi @sbuzzell,
Thank you for reaching out to PowerSchool Community!
Community is a great public forum where a wide variety of resources such as individual product forums, knowledge-base articles, product updates, and many more are available for all the members. Although, a few resources are available only to members with user-roles. The Designated Support Contact role within the district is the highest user-role offered by Community. If you are unable to access any resource in the Community, the resource might be limited to user-roles. We recommend reaching out to the PowerSchool Designated Support Contact within your district, to add that role to your PowerSchool account. They can help you to connect with the Support Team and follow up with the sync process for further assistance.
You can also write an email to the PowerSchool Team at businessoperations@powerschool.com to work with the Designated Support Contacts within your district to request the role is added to your PowerSchool account on your behalf.
I recently changed my email address because I will be working as a consultant for the school. I still have the access but should be using a different email address. When trying to access a Office hours recording I got this message.
Could my access get reviewed please? Thanks,
Claudia

Hi @SowmyaN
I am the PowerSchool Enrollment Admin for Westwood Schools and I just set up my account today in PowerSchool Community. I have also received this error message when I click on the link: https://help.powerschool.com/t5/PowerSchool-Enrollment/Welcome-to-Enrollment-Administrator-Support/t...
Hi! @paigejohnson

Please help me with this same You Don't have access error message!!! I am supposed to have access.

I am trying to access the following:
https://help.powerschool.com/t5/PowerSchool-Registration/PowerSchool-Enrollment-Express-Upgrade-Webi... which was sent to me for review by our PowerSchool inhouse contact
Hi! @CLeBoeuf
Thank you for sharing the link to the resource that you were trying to access.
Access levels in the PowerSchool community are set up to reflect the access levels in PowerSource. Some Knowledge Base articles and Forums that are titled Administrator can be viewed and accessed only by the Designated Support Contacts within each district. Due to this, we recommend working with the Designated Support Contacts to request access.
You can also send an email at businessoperations@powerschool.com and PowerSchool will work with the current Designated Support Contacts within your school district to request the access be added to your account.
I'll be happy to look into your access level. To assist you further, would you please provide the link to the resource that you are trying to access?
