It appears, based on similar threads, that this is restricted to SYS Admins for Disctricts. This is understandable, however maybe there could be a note in teh description indicating this. It would save us both frustration :)

I have been looking for a phone number or email contact to resolve the same "Hmm, it looks like you don't have access to this resource". I have been the PowerSchool contact since 2009 and all of a sudden when I call to get support they say I am not the main contact. I was told to go to BusinessOperations@powerschool.com and contact some. When I go there, I don't have access......Please help. Thank you

There are different forums that are accessible by users in the Community. Some forums are open to all Community Members while other forums are restricted to certain roles within a district.
