There are some things to look into if you are a Designated Support Contact and you are unable to access parts of the Community.
When an account is created in the PowerSchool Community, it can take up to two hours for your roles to sync with your PowerSchool Community account. You will also want to ensure your Community account is set up using your staff email address.
