I get the message "Hmm, it looks like you don't have access to this resource" when I try to access the https://help.powerschool.com/t5/Case-Portal/ct-p/Support-CasePortal site. I believe this is what I need to use to create support tickets. What do I need to do to get access?
That is the location you need to enter cases.
I had this issue when I first started too.
You have to be set as a Technical Contact within PowerSource.
Your email account within PowerSource needs to match the Email on your account within PowerSchool Community.
I believe there is a 24 hour turn around on them linking as well.
The missing portion of my setup was the Technical Contact inside of PowerSource.
