I can't access anything. I receive the "Hmm, it looks like you don't have access to this resource" when I try to watch videos or click on articles.

One of our community members had a similar question and the resolution was provided in the thread. I recommend reviewing the thread for assistance.
I tried to open the Case Portal (in Applicant Tracking) this morning and received the same message. I am the designated contact for PowerSchool for Applicant Tracking, Records, and Perform so I should have access to this resource. I looked at my private messages, and it looks like I had the same issue back in December. Not sure why this keeps happening.
