I'm hoping someone out here might be able to help me out on this one.
We are in our third year of being a high school, and we think our previous counselor may have messed with our historical grades a little bit by the way they were moving courses around for kids after courses have started.
When we look at historical grades, some students have two grades stored for a semester grade. This is then showing up on their transcript and awarding an additional 0.5 credit for a course.
Has anyone else had this happen? Any tricks or thoughts on what I can try to clean this up?
Historical Grades can be deleted en masse via DDA, but you need to know exactly what you are looking for and exactly how to find it lest you run the risk of wreaking absolute havoc in the database. Usually when you see grades being stored for dropped sections it means the person storing grades made an error when in came to the Include/Exclude Class Enrollments section of the page.
