When I try to select that my child is Hispanic/Latino, the selection does not save. I called PowerSchool and they confirmed that is an error on my form, but were not interested in fixing this software validation error. They also declined to file a ticket to have it fixed. They said to call my school district and ask them to manually enter the correct information.

PowerSchool Registration Support is happy to look into the error message received when attempting to select Hispanic/Latino ethnicity for your son. In order to further troubleshoot and report the error, the School's PowerSchool Admin will need to reach out to PowerSchool Support. PowerSchool Admin are trained in PowerSchool products within the district and can assist with the troubleshooting needed to resolve this error and grant access to review your son's registration form.
