Health Concern report

I am trying to run an health concern report - the comments print but not the health concern, that column is empty.  I need the information such as Allergy, Asthma etc.  Suggestions?  Thank you.

Hi @debbwiggins,

Please make sure that you have selected the health concerns you want to include in the report. Please work with your PowerSchool SIS Admins who can view the report and also review the Health Concern Report.

If this does not help we will have to look into your setup. To protect your data privacy I recommend working with the Designated Support Contacts in your school district who should be able to contact the PowerSchool SIS support team.

We use EHR software to pull out data like this. They provide all the required information regarding the child's health and is efficient for handling the student health management system.
