We are getting a message the need to restart the server but I cannot find any login info from the last admin. Without the login I cannot reach support numbers and we are very desparate for help. Can anyone point me to the correct people to get this resolved?
At this time, Designated Support Contacts have access to the case portal in the PowerSchool Community. If you are unable to access the case portal, I recommend reaching out to a current Designated Support Contact to look into the role assigned to you within the district.
You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org and PowerSchool will work with the current Designated Support Contacts within your school district to request access to the case portal on your behalf.

That is not a message that you need to restart your PS Server; that is a message that your PS Server is currently down.
I just went to that URL and it appears to be back up.
