Force Page Length on a Report

What is causing my issue:  I have a couple teachers who get very "wordy" with their comments on student grades.  When I go to print my progress/report cards, it makes the report VERY long. 

How can I either:

1)  Force a report to print on one page

2)  Allow a report to print 2 pages long

Unfortunately, it is not possible in PowerSchool SIS to force a progress/report card to print on one page or to allow the report to print 2 pages long. 

Some alternatives to free-text comments to consider are:

• Have teachers select comments from a comment bank
• Build a custom report

Districts using PowerTeacher Gradebook can set a limit on the length of free-text comments.

You might also consider logging this as an Enhancement Request on PowerSchool Ideas Portal so that the product team can take a look at this. This article should walk you through how to raise an Enhancement Request.
