When I upload a file to escholar I receive a message stating that the batch does not contain any records to process but there is information in the file that I uploaded.

Please advise.

If you are facing difficulty uploading a file to eScholar, we recommend contacting eScholar support for further troubleshooting.


If you think that there is an issue with exporting from PowerSchool SIS to eScholar, please reach out to your district's Designated Support Contact to connect with PowerSchool SIS support. We will need to take a closer look at your district's setup to gather more information.
