We are way behind in getting out enrollment rolled out. I have tried to view some videos in the new community setup, but am unable access. Please advise how to get the process started asap.
Some resources on the Community are available to certain roles in a school or district such as the role of a Designated Support Contact. If you are unable to access some videos, it would mean that the videos are available to Designated Support Contacts.
If you feel that you should have Designated Support Contact access I recommend reaching out to email@example.com who can work with the Designated Support Contacts in your school district to request the access to be added to your account on your behalf.
