Elevated to Designated Support Contact, but still not able to Chat

Not sure if my account needs to refresh overnight, but after being elevated to DSC, I am still seeing the message "Hmm, it looks like you don't have access to this resource."

 

I am the primary support contact for two schools and expect I will have many tickets to create in the future.

If your account was updated recently, it can take up to 24 hours for the correct access to reflect on your end.
