DIgital Signature Error Message

I receive an error message when trying to send out documents for digital signatures.  See attached screenshot.  I get this error regardless of sending via email or requesting in person signatures.

Hi @Yo-yo 

 

You will need to make sure that the "the 'Will sign' checkbox in 'Evaluation Consent Form' section is checked for the signer to show for Digital signature.

 

If it is unchecked, please check and the signer should be available. You can review this article: Configure-docusign-integration for more information.

I am on the Digital Signature Settings page and I am unable to select any of the System Settings.

I know this post is two years old, but I recently discovered to make sure that the boxes are checked on the "Meeting Notes and Attendees" confirming each individual's attendance. This solved the issue for us.
