Creating Form Issue

In the form I created, you can not select any check boxes. Instead it displays an 🚫 symbol. I am wondering how to fix this and would be grateful for help with it!

I can help! I think it might be with the type of field the data is being mapped to. Would you be able to share a screenshot please?

One of the common reason for this issue is that you might have set the element/form to 'View-Only' for that user group.
