Community Forum feedback

Eighty percent of the links on Customer Tech Support FAQs are dead, which is just one example of why looking here for an answer I need is a waste of time.

And entering something in the search gives results for products my district doesn't even use. What's the point?

If I'm posting a question, I usually get a good answer in a relatively quick timeframe. But I've learned that searching this site for what I need isn't worth it.

Re: Community Forum feedback

Thank you for your feedback on the Community Tech Support FAQs article. We value your feedback to help us improve the community.

We're glad to hear that your posts on PowerSchool Community are answered quickly.

Based on your feedback, we have updated the PowerSchool SIS Technical Support FAQs. We have also added an article that addresses the frequently asked questions by Designated Support Contacts regarding PowerSchool Support processes for all PowerSchool products. I recommend reviewing the Designated Support Contact FAQs, here.

Some content is available to all so that customers, such as parents or teachers can also utilize our Community. You may see that content in search results, which might explain why you are seeing some additional results in your search. One suggestion is to navigate to your specific product and use the search this Category, this knowledge base, or this board option in the dropdown next to the search bar.

We are always looking for ways to improve search results, so we appreciate your feedback and would be happy to help with any issues you encounter in locating relevant content.
