Hi one of our admins is unable to get access to the community. How do we go about verifying her so she too can use this platform.

Some resources are publicly accessible on PowerSchool Community while others and the access to case portal are available to specific roles in a district such as the role of a Designated Support Contact. This article will provide the most common reasons you may receive a message that you do not have access to a resource.
