It keeps telling me that my son's birthday is wrong

Are you getting the error message about your son's birthday on a PowerSchool Registration/InfoSnap form, or is it coming from another product?
If it's coming from PowerSchool Registration/InfoSnap, you will need to reach out to your school district to make sure they have the correct birth date set up for your son in their student information system.
Greetings, I am having the same issue while registering the form will not take my sons birthday?
