You can view your private messages inside the PowerSchool Community by selecting the envelope in the top right corner of any page in the Community to the right of your avatar. You should see number one with a dark red circle on the envelope when a new message appears.
I cannot access chat support anymore from this portal. It was working fine till mid of August 2021 but now it say that I do not have access to this page. I am the district admin for our schools. in PS.
