I'm listed as a designated support contact but I am unable to access the chat support. What am I missing?

If your account has been updated as a Designated Support Contact recently, it can take up to 24 hours for access to be updated in the Community. Please try to access the Chat Support after 24 hours and check if your able to launch the chat and access other resources in PowerSchool Community.
