Question from the high school counselor side: we have students who are going to have classes moved around and added to 2nd semester. Our semester 1 ends on January 16th, but grades won't be stored until a week or two later. I have been told we can't change schedules until after grades are stored, which means students have to sit in classes they should not be sitting in for a week or two at the beginning of the 2nd semester. This is lost valuable seat/learning time for students and a huge disruption for teachers. How can we have accurate 2nd semester schedules for students before 1st semester grades are stored? Thank you!
You can use the "Exclude enrollment records..." dates to store grades for previous enrollments.
