I tried selecting "Case Portal" under eSchoolPlus & it said I do not have access to this resourse...even though I'm on the list.
My issue in eSchoolPlus:
I was trying to enter attendance for students and the page kept loading & pop up showed this message:
An error occurred while processing your request.
Please report the following Reference ID to the system administrator:
We see that you have a case with the support team, we recommend working with the support team to receive updates via the case.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while the product team reviews the error code.
